VACANCY:  LIFESTYLE  SUPPORT WORKER/PA

Headway Birmingham & Solihull is looking to recruit Lifestyle Support Workers to join our team for work across the county. We are looking for Support Workers who are positive, committed and passionate about changing the lives of people with a brain injury. We love the individuality and the unique perspective that every single colleague brings to Headway.

Location: Birmingham & Solihull - may be specific areas

Salary per hour: £9.01 (Rising to £10 in April 2021 for experienced/qualified)
Job - Permanent: Various hours to suit from 16 to 35 per week.

Responsible for

To be responsible for delivering the tasks agreed with the client on a one to one basis either in their home or the community and to oversee their safety, comfort and well-being at all times. To work as a Keyworker for the client..

 

Applicants must preferably be a car driver / owner and have experience of working with disabilities.  have, or be willing to gain a Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, or better still, brain injury experience.

 

We offer competitive salary, extensive induction, training and ongoing mentoring and support to our workers.

 

We will require an enhanced DBS disclosure, expense of which will be met by employer.
