Current Salary per hour:   £12.36ph (unqualified) to £12.76ph 

Annual Salary (for 37.5hours per week): £24,109.77 up to £24,876.26

Come and join our wonderful Community Outreach Team who provide support, services and guidance for people with an Acquired Brain Injury enabling them to improve their independence at home and in the community leading to an improved quality of life.

Our pay scale starts at above the National Living Wage, includes six levels of pay up to £12.76 for qualified and experienced Community Outreach Workers. We also have hours to suit your lifestyle with evenings and weekends as optional.

 

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, friendly, positive, caring, self-motivated individuals who have the drive, personality and reliability to make a real difference to our clients’ lives.

 

Your role will involve supporting clients to attend appointments, public transport training, accessing education and voluntary work, social and leisure activities, shopping in the community and assist with day to day living skills in their homes. Minimum personal care may be required. Staff wear all appropriate PPE including masks when required to by clients.

We will support you with gaining a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Adult Care. 

 

Applicants will need to be a Car Driver / Owner and ideally have experience of working with disabilities.
