Join us for our family-friendly Easter Fun Run and help us raise much-needed funds towards our local brain injury services.

 

Run, jog or walk the 5k route through picturesque Cofton Park and claim your reward as you cross the finish line – a full-size chocolate Easter egg and a very collectible Eater-themed medal, kindly sponsored by Frenkel Topping!

 

Dressing up is optional but bunny ears, yellow tutus and full rabbit costumes are encouraged!!

START

 

11am at the main car park area in Cofton Park - Lowhill Lane entrance (near MG Rover), Longbridge B31 2BQ

​

COURSE

 

Two loops of Cofton Park including sections on paved pathways, grassland and woodland paths.

 

Those with younger children may prefer to do a single loop (2.5km).

​

PRIZES

​

As it’s very much a fun run, the main prize will be awarded to the best Easter-themed costumes on the day, while token prizes will  be presented to the first male, female and Under 12s finishers!

​

TRAVEL/PARKING

​

There is some parking available at the Lowhill Lane entrance to the park and along Lowhill Lane itself. Please park considerately and safely, and car share where possible. Note that Longbridge railway station is also within walking distance.

​

TOILETS

Toilet facilities at the Community Rooms at Cofton Park (subject to latest Covid restrictions).

 

REFRESHEMENTS

Water will be provided to participants at race finish and hot drinks and cakes will be available to purchase.

​

OTHER ACTIVITIES

There will also be face-painting, a raffle and other fun activities on the day!

Note children under 16 are very welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.

ONLINE ENTRY FOR THE EASTER FUN RUN IS NOW CLOSED!

 

You can enter on the day, subject to places still being available.

 

Please register at Cofton Park (Lowhill Lane entrance, near the community rooms) from 10am on Sunday 2 April. The race will start at 11am.

 

Adults £15, Under12s £10 - STRICTLY CASH ONLY.
